CHAPTER 2SUPPLEMENTARY GRANTS
Adult dependants’ grant21
The amount of the adult dependants’ grant payable is calculated in accordance with regulation 23, the basic amount being—
a
£2,642; or
b
where the person in respect of whom the student is applying for adult dependants’ grant is ordinarily resident outside of the United Kingdom, such amount not exceeding £2,642 as the Secretary of State considers reasonable in the circumstances.
