Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 86 and 86A of the Northern Ireland Act 1998(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
1998 c. 47. Section 86 was amended by section 4 of the Northern Ireland Act 2009 (c. 3). Section 86A was inserted by section 19 of the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (c. 33).
