(2) In subsection (1)(b) for “Treasury” substitute “Department of Finance and Personnel”.

(4) In subsection (2) for “he” and “him” substitute “it”.
(5) In subsection (3)—
(a)for “Treasury” substitute “Department of Finance and Personnel”;
