153.—(1) Amend the Road Traffic Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1) as follows. U.K.

(2) In Article 91 (procedure for making regulations and orders)—

(a) in paragraph (2) omit “Subject to paragraph (3),”;

(b) omit paragraph (3).
