162.  Amend the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(1) as follows. U.K.

163.  In Article 24 (disqualification for office: general) for paragraph (7) substitute— U.K.

“(7) An order by virtue of paragraph (5)(d) made by—

(a) the Department of Justice; or

(b) any other Northern Ireland department with the concurrence of the Department of Justice,

may provide for a discretion to be subject to appeal to a specified court or tribunal.”
