5.—(1) Amend the Criminal Damage (Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977(1) as follows.U.K.
(2) Omit Article 20 (payments into Consolidated Fund).
(3) In Article 21(4) (orders and regulations) for the words from “annulment” to “accordingly” substitute “negative resolution”.
