11. In section 27(1)(a)(1) (members of PSNI engaged on other police service) for “Secretary of State” substitute “Department of Justice”.
Section 27 was amended by Schedule 6 to the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 (c. 32); section 102 of the Police Reform Act 2002 (c. 30). Other amendments to section 27 are not relevant.
