The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2A of the Mobile Homes Act 19831 and following consultation in accordance with section 2A(5) of that Act, makes the following Order.

A draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 2A(6) of the Mobile Homes Act 1983.
