Revocation of the Community Legal Service (Funding) (Counsel in Family Proceedings) Order 20019

Subject to paragraph (2), the Community Legal Service (Funding) (Counsel in Family Proceedings) Order 20019 is revoked.

Where funded services are provided under a certificate and—
a
the application for the certificate was signed before 9th May 2011, regardless of whether the scope of the certificate is extended on or after that date; and
b
the application was received by the Commission before 16th May 2011,
that Order continues to have effect.
