The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 5 for “Community directives” substitute “ EU directives ”.

In regulation 14 for “a Community directive” substitute “ an EU directive ”.

In Part 1 of Schedule 2 for “Community directives”, in each place, substitute “ EU directives ”.
