The Provision of Services Regulations 2009 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 5(1)(b), for “Community rules” substitute “ EU rules ”.

In regulation 5(3)(a), for “Community acts” substitute “ EU acts ”.

In regulation 26(3)(a), for “Community harmonisation” substitute “ EU harmonisation ”.
