11. After section 65 insert—
“65A Meaning of family procedure rules
In this Act, “Family Procedure Rules” means rules made under section 75 of the Courts Act 2003(1).”.

Section 75 was amended by section 15(1) and 146 of and Part 1 of Schedule 4 and paragraphs 308 and 338 of Part 2 of Schedule 18 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005.
