Amendments to the Consumer Credit (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2010 U.K.

8.—(1) The Consumer Credit (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2010(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 10 (information to be disclosed: overdraft agreements), in paragraph (5A) for “regulation” substitute “agreement”.
