12. In regulation 2 (rights under a pension arrangement which are not shareable) of the Pension Sharing (Valuation) Regulations 2000 M1, in paragraph (1)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (b)(ii), add “ or ”, and
(b)omit sub-paragraph (b)(iii), and the word “or” immediately following that sub-paragraph.
