In Schedule 3 (register of shareholders)—
(a)
in paragraph 3(1) after “England and Wales” insert “or Northern Ireland”;
(b)
for paragraph 9 (location), substitute—
“9.
The register of shareholders of a company must be kept available for inspection—
(a)
at its head office, or
(b)
where an alternative inspection location has been notified to the Authority under regulation 36(3)(b), at that place.”;
(c)
omit paragraph 12 (agent’s default).
