The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by paragraph 16 of Schedule 2 to the Courts Act 2003(1) makes the following Regulations.

2003 c.39. Section 108(6) was amended by paragraphs 308 and 348 of Schedule 4 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4).
