Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12A(4) and (5), 181(1), 182(2) and (3) and 183(1) of the Pension Schemes Act 19931.

In accordance with section 185(1) of that Act2, the Secretary of State has consulted with such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
