Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

17.  In rule 34.1, in paragraph (5)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (b), omit “and”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (c), for “.”, substitute “; and”;

(c) after sub-paragraph (c), insert—

“(d) the Maintenance Regulation.”.
