1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2011.
(2) This Order comes into force on 16th February 2011.
(3) In this Order—
“the Principal Order” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001(1); and
“the Financial Promotion Order” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005(2).
