PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Yarmouth (Isle of Wight) Harbour Revision Order 2011 and shall come into force on 30th June 2011.

(2) The Yarmouth (Isle of Wight) Harbour Orders 1931 to 2002(1) and this Order may be cited together as the Yarmouth (Isle of Wight) Harbour Orders 1931 to 2011.
