The Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (Amendment of Schedule 16) (England) Order 2011 No. 1399

Amendments

2.  Schedule 16 (Bodies to whom Part X applies) to the Act is amended as follows—

(a) after paragraph 5BZB insert—

“5BZC.   The Greater London Authority.”,

(b) after paragraph 5BB insert—

“5BC.   Transport for London.”, and

(c) after paragraph 5CC insert—

“5CD.   The British Transport Police.”.
