The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 93(2) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 19801 (“the Act”).

Pursuant to section 93(4) of the Act, the Secretary of State has sent written notification that he proposes to make this Order to each of the bodies to whom Part X of the Act will apply by virtue of the Order and, as required by section 93(6) of the Act, a period of 42 days from the date of that notification has expired.
