Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 4(1), 30 and 37(3) of the Extradition Act 19891, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Overseas Territories (Change of Name) (No. 4) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 8th July 2011.
Amendment of an instrument2.
Part II of Schedule 1 to the European Convention on Extradition (Dependent Territories) Order 19962 is amended by replacing the words “St Helena” and “St Helena and Dependencies” with the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.

This Order amends the European Convention on Extradition (Dependent Territories) Order 1996 to reflect the current names of the British overseas territories of St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha.
