Revocation3.
Signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport
These Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002 by substituting the definition of “Technical Instructions” in those Regulations. The new definition refers to the 2011-12 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation. This new definition replaces a defective definition introduced by the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, which incorrectly made reference to a 2010-2011 English language edition of the Technical Instructions.
The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, which introduced the defective definition of “Technical Instructions”, are revoked.
