These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Maintenance) Regulations 2011, and shall come into force on 18th June 2011.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

An amendment, repeal or revocation made by these Regulations has the same extent as the enactment amended, repealed or revoked.
