1.  After paragraph 5 insert—

5A.  Boord Street in the London Borough of Greenwich from its junction with Dreadnought Street to its junction with Millenium Way in the London Borough of Greenwich.

5B.  Bridge Place in the City of Westminster from its junction with Wilton Road (A202) to its junction with Eccleston Bridge (A3213).

2.  After paragraph 6 insert—

6A.  Calonne Road in the London Borough of Merton from its junction with Parkside (A219) to its junction with Burghley Road in the London Borough Merton.

3.  After paragraph 16 insert—

16A.  Dreadnought Street in the London Borough of Greenwich from its junction with Blackwall Tunnel Approach (A102) to its junction with Boord Street.

16B.  Duke Humphrey Road in the London Borough of Greenwich from its junction with Shooters Hill Road (A2) to its junction with Charlton Way (B210).

4.  After paragraph 18 insert—
