Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 172(11)(a) and 355(1) of the Gambling Act 2005(1).

In accordance with section 355(6) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
