This Order may be cited as the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011.

This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Subject to paragraph (4) any modification made by Schedules 1 and 2 has the same extent as the provisions being modified.

Schedule 2 does not extend to Scotland.
