Additional appointments to the Examining body E+W+S

23.—(1) The [F1 Secretary of State] may appoint a further [F1 appointed person] to be a member of the Examining body at any time after the Examining body has been appointed under regulation 22.

(2) A person appointed under paragraph (2) becomes a member of the Examining body in addition to any person who is otherwise a member of the Examining body.
