There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Postal Services Act 2011 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 40.
40.—(1) In regulation 2 of the Postal Services Regulations 1999 M1 (the national regulatory authorities), in paragraph (1) for “the Postal Services Commission” substitute “ the Office of Communications ”.
(2) Omit regulation 3 (The Postal Services Commission) which makes amendments which are superseded by the Postal Services Act 2011.
