9. The following regulations are revoked—
(a)The Fees for Assessment of Active Substances (Third Stage Review) Regulations 2005(1);
(b)The Fees for Assessment of Active Substances (Fourth Stage Review) Regulations 2005(2); and
(c)The Plant Protection Products (Fees) Regulations 2007.
