These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 3) Regulations 2011.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 31st October 2011.

Regulation 6 (amendments to the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations 1982) comes into force on 6th April 2012.
