1. In section 9(9) of the Agricultural Credits Act 1928 (power to make regulations about the registration of agricultural charges), for “Lord Chancellor” substitute “Secretary of State”.

By virtue of the Defence (Transfer of Functions) Act 1964 (c. 15), section 3(2) the reference in the entry for the Meteorological Office to the Air Ministry has effect as a reference to the Ministry of Defence.
Section 121 was substituted by the Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2009 (S.I. 2009/1941), Schedule 1, paragraph 193(1) and (3).
