The Building Act 198423 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 4(1)(b)(ii)24 (exemption of educational buildings and buildings of statutory undertakers) omit the words from “or in the case of” to “the Authority”.
(3)
In section 59(4)(b)25 (drainage of buildings) omit the words from “or in the case of” to “the Authority”.
