5. In paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 9 to the Transport Act 2000(1) (restrictions on disclosure of information), after paragraph (rd) insert—
“(re)the Airport Charges Regulations 2011;”.

2000 c. 38. There are various amendments to paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 9 to that Act, none of which is relevant to the effect of these Regulations.

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications. They aim to make the Statutory Instrument accessible to readers who are not legally qualified and accompany any Statutory Instrument or Draft Statutory Instrument laid before Parliament from June 2004 onwards.
