SCHEDULE 3 Restriction on the disclosure of information

5.  In paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 9 to the Transport Act 2000(1) (restrictions on disclosure of information), after paragraph (rd) insert—

“(re) the Airport Charges Regulations 2011;”.

2000 c. 38. There are various amendments to paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 9 to that Act, none of which is relevant to the effect of these Regulations.
