Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2004

40.  In regulation 2(1) of the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2004(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “health service body” after paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca) Healthcare Improvement Scotland established under the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978,”.
