1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) (England) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2011 and, subject to paragraph (2), come into force on 1st December 2011.
(2) The following paragraphs of regulation 2 come into force on 1st April 2012—
(a)paragraphs (2)(a)(iii) and (3); and
(b)paragraph (6)(d), so far as it concerns regulation 4(2)(f) of the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) (England) Regulations 2000(1).
