These Regulations—insert two additional products (household dishwashers and household washing machines) into the table in Schedule 1 to the Ecodesign for Energy Related Products Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/1552);add a requirement for the Secretary of State to review those Regulations no later than 5 years beginning on the day they came into force;reduce the time for appeals to the First-tier Tribunal under paragraph 27(2) of Schedule 5 from two months to 28 days;amend the Energy Information Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/1524) to require persons to make technical documentation available from the time when the person placed products on the market or puts them into service and to keep them available from the time of placing on the market or putting into service for a period of at least 5 years after the last date of manufacture of that product.
