SCHEDULE 7Modification of standard conditions of licences granted under the Gas Act 1986

PART 1Interpretation

In this Schedule—

“the Authority” means the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority;

“gas transporter licence” means a licence granted under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986 (licensing of gas transporters) M1;

“gas interconnector licence” means a licence granted under section 7ZA of the Gas Act 1986 (licences for operation of gas interconnectors) M2;

“gas supply licence” means a licence granted under section 7A(1) of the Gas Act 1986 (licensing of gas suppliers) M3.
