19.—(1) The Al-Qaida and Taliban (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2010(1) are revoked.
(2) In section 63(1) of the Counter-Terrorism 2008(2) (application to set aside financial restrictions decision), paragraph (aa) (decision in connection with the 2010 Regulations) is repealed.
