The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 426 to 428 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(1), make the following Order:
2000 c. 8. Section 427 was amended by the Enterprise Act 2002, section 278(1), Schedule 25, paragraph 40(1) and (18).
