Appointed day2
29th November 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Welfare Reform Act 2009—
a
section 12(5) (conditions for contributory jobseeker’s allowance), in so far as it inserts subsections (3B)(a) and (3C) only into section 2 of the Jobseekers Act 19952; and
b
section 13(5)(a) and (b) (conditions for contributory employment and support allowance).
