Amendment of article 8 E+W+S

13.  In article 8—

(a) in paragraph (3)(1), for “port or airport for exportation” substitute “port, airport or such other place as may be specified in the licence”,

(b) in paragraph (5)(2), for “six”, substitute “four”, and

(c) after paragraph (7), insert—

“(8) This article does not apply to the landing of an animal which is subject to Article 5 or 8 of the Pets Regulation.”.
