The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 5, 7 and 15(5) of the Trading with the Enemy Act 19391 and section 2 and Schedule 2 to the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 19532, now vested in him3.
