Amendment of the Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula (England) Regulations 20075.

The Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula (England) Regulations 20076 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulation 2 (interpretation) omit the definition of “the Agency”.
(3)
In regulation 13 (notification of infant formula) for “the Agency by forwarding to it” substitute “the Secretary of State by forwarding to the Secretary of State”.
