54. Paragraph 186 of Schedule 16 has effect as if it read—
“186. In section 111 (interpretation)—
(a)in subsection (2), after paragraph (e) insert—
“(ea)the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis,”;
(b)in subsection (3), at the end insert “and the 2011 Act is the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011”.”.
