Commencement of provisions2
The following provisions of the Pensions Act 2008 come into force on 3rd January 2012—
a
section 49 (monitoring of employers’ payments to personal pension schemes) in so far as it relates to the powers to make regulations under section 111A of the Pension Schemes Act 19932, for the purposes only of making regulations;
b
section 104 (additional pension etc: minor and consequential amendments) in so far as it relates to the provisions listed in paragraph (c) of this article;
c
in Schedule 4—
i
paragraph 1 in so far as it relates to the provisions listed in sub-paragraphs (ii) to (xii) of this paragraph,
ii
paragraphs 2 and 3,
iii
paragraph 4(1) in so far as it relates to the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (iv) of this paragraph,
iv
paragraph 4(2) and (3), except for sub-paragraphs (2)(b) and (3)(b) in so far as they relate to Schedule 4C to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19923,

paragraph 5,

paragraph 6(1) in so far as it relates to paragraph 6(2),
