There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) Order 2011, Section 22.
22.—(1) Article 4 applies to a deposit from a vehicle, vessel, aircraft or marine structure in the course of its normal navigation or maintenance.
(2) But article 4 does not apply—
(a)to any such deposit made for the purpose of disposal; [F1or]
(b)to any such deposit to the extent that it falls within item 10.
