Scheduled works under the Crossrail Act 200829

Article 4 applies to an activity carried on within the limits of deviation for the scheduled works in exercise of the powers conferred by the Crossrail Act 200822 in relation to those works, or any work in connection with them.

In paragraph (1), “limits of deviation” and “scheduled works” have the meanings given by section 56(1) of that Act.
